{"id":81937,"date":"2023-02-08T13:13:43","date_gmt":"2023-02-08T13:13:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=81937"},"modified":"2023-02-08T13:13:43","modified_gmt":"2023-02-08T13:13:43","slug":"old-mutual-jobs-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/old-mutual-jobs-2023.html","title":{"rendered":"Old Mutual Jobs 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Retail Affluent Sales Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Retail Affluent S<\/strong><strong>ales<\/strong><strong>\u00a0Manager Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruit, retain, and motivate 15 active Financial Advisors licensed by NIC.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and design cutting-edge strategies to motivate Financial Advisors for Peak Performance<\/li>\n<li>We are conducting product refresher training as well as relevant topics to improve the skill set of financial advisors every month.<\/li>\n<li>We are supporting non-performing Advisors through PRP and Co-attendance in the team in conjunction with Branch Sales Manager to improve performance.<\/li>\n<li>Research and develop more commercial worksite markets and develop strategies to penetrate them on a weekly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Vet and certify by signing on all proposal forms to ensure they are thoroughly and accurately completed for data capturing.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to meet reporting standards.<\/li>\n<li>Manage error rate to 2% returns or below for the team on a month-on-month, year-to-year basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications And Experience Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited University, with a minimum of 3 years, relevant experience:<\/li>\n<li>Sales\/ Productivity<\/li>\n<li>Compliance<\/li>\n<li>Team Effectiveness<\/li>\n<li>Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Relationship Building<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tenacity<\/li>\n<li>Sales Ability (New client acquisition).<\/li>\n<li>Technical Knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Decision Making<\/li>\n<li>Gaining Commitment<\/li>\n<li>Building Relationships<\/li>\n<li>Business Awareness<\/li>\n<li>Initiating Action<\/li>\n<li>Distribution Support (Reporting, Productivity Management and Relationship Management with Partners)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description Job Title: Retail Affluent Sales Manager Retail Affluent Sales\u00a0Manager Responsibilities: Recruit, retain, and motivate 15 active Financial Advisors licensed by NIC.
