At our very core, we are a human company driven by our purpose to enhance the quality of life and contribute to a healthier future.<\/p>\n<p>Nestl\u00e9 CWAR is currently looking for a\u00a0<strong>Laboratory Analyst for its Microbiology lab to\u00a0<\/strong>perform microbiological Analysis on materials.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A day in a Life\u2026\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Daily entering of microbiological analysis results in SAP.<\/p>\n<p>Ensure the sampling, preparation and dispatch of line samples, environmental, finished product and raw material samples for Salmonella analysis in Kenya.<\/p>\n<p>Microbiological analysis of finish product, line controls and raw materials.<\/p>\n<p>Conduct salmonella sampling of all production areas according to sampling plan and performs daily Enterobacteriaceae analysis to monitor the cleaning effectives and level of hygiene in other to avoid salmonella contamination of the product.<\/p>\n<p>Daily update of Enterobacteriaceae charts in all production areas and quality assurance department.<\/p>\n<p>Conduct water and Air sampling analysis.<\/p>\n<p>Prepares and sterilizes media for microbiological analysis.<\/p>\n<p>Sampling and dispatch of water samples for legionella analysis.<\/p>\n<p>Ensures daily monitoring and updates of all ICP for all equipment and media.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Will Make You Successful?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Good Knowledge of sampling techniques<\/p>\n<p>Good Computer literacy<\/p>\n<p>Good Formal knowledge of Microbiological Analysis<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cNestl\u00e9 is an equal employment opportunity (EEO) employer, seeking diversity in qualified applicants for employment.
