We help children of all backgrounds, even in the most dangerous places, inspired by our Christian faith.<\/p>\n<p>Come join our 34,000+ staff working in nearly 100 countries and share the joy of transforming vulnerable children\u2019s life stories!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Junior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Junior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst\u00a0<\/strong>provides support for the global SS partners including process directors, managers and team leads of all supported departments in offering decision support matrix in business application systems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Candidate Can Be Focused In Three Main Scopes<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and maintenance of performance dashboards, reports, metrics analysis and key indicators.<\/li>\n<li>Offers technical support to Procure2Pay Process Owners and ProVision performance metric.<\/li>\n<li>Lead Six Sigma improvement projects and collaborate on global SS initiatives\u2019 implementation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE:<i><br \/>\n<\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design &amp; maintain performance dashboards and scorecards in PowerBI, Excel, and other BI tools\/systems<\/li>\n<li>Create databases and queries for KPI results and analysis<\/li>\n<li>Develop and design performance indicators and tracking<\/li>\n<li>Design &amp; maintain performance visual management tools<\/li>\n<li>Extensive use of SharePoint and its capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Basic statistical data analysis<\/li>\n<li>Design and Implement Process Automation Solution with use of Microsoft PowerApps and Microsoft Power Flow<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Business Acumen<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SME for assigned business processes<\/li>\n<li>Direct support for process director to deliver performance management by using dashboards, KPIs, performance measurements, statistical analysis and improvement projects<\/li>\n<li>Support process mapping initiatives and needs<\/li>\n<li>Broad understanding of end-to-end processes<\/li>\n<li>General understanding of global WV operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Continuous Improvement<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Research and analyze quality standards for Six Sigma improvement projects<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate on global improvement initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Implement best practices<\/li>\n<li>Lead small and medium impact projects to automate processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors\u2019 degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or other simlar field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing &amp; supporting business intelligence tools and systems required.<\/li>\n<li>Experience implementing processes and systems, especially BI and RPA.<\/li>\n<li>3-4 years of working experience in similar influential positions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Data Modelling and Analytics<\/p>\n<p>Metric\/KPI development<\/p>\n<p>Process Automation<\/p>\n<p>Advanced Excel<\/p>\n<p>SQL DML<\/p>\n<p>Microsoft Power Suite (Power BI, PowerApps and PowerFlow)<\/p>\n<p>UI Design<\/p>\n<p>SharePoint<\/p>\n<p>English<\/p>\n<p>Lean Six Sigma certification<\/p>\n<p>Customer Service<\/p>\n<p>Shared Services<\/p>\n<p>Reporting and Presentation<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With over 70 years of experience, our focus is on helping the most vulnerable children overcome poverty and experience fullness of life.
