{"id":82294,"date":"2023-02-13T15:14:27","date_gmt":"2023-02-13T15:14:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=82294"},"modified":"2023-02-13T15:14:27","modified_gmt":"2023-02-13T15:14:27","slug":"vodafone-ghana-recruitment-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/vodafone-ghana-recruitment-2023.html","title":{"rendered":"Vodafone Ghana Recruitment 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Performance Analytics and Insight Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Performance Analytics and Insight Manager:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Using machine learning tools to select features, create and optimize classifiers and carry out pre-processing of structured and unstructured data<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the delivery of accurate, insightful, and timely analysis of the performance of the business<\/li>\n<li>Weekly business rolling forecast inputs and actuals tracking<\/li>\n<li>Employs the innovative use of technology to automate and improve the quality, relevance, and timely generation of reports and dashboards<\/li>\n<li>Demand management<\/li>\n<li>Provide automated reports &amp; visualizations for financial and non-financial reporting<\/li>\n<li>Support in Internal Management data &amp; reports<\/li>\n<li>Support in the data analytics for budgeting and planning<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the Finance Business Partners and Commercial Analyst for all their data requirements<\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement to create efficiencies in service delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibility<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Key accountabilities and decision ownership:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise the delivery of accurate, insightful, and timely analysis of the performance of the business<\/li>\n<li>Lead projects using advanced data modelling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the Finance Business Partners and Commercial Analyst for all their data requirements<\/li>\n<li>Lead and manage all organization-wide data governance activities and will have responsibility for improving the quality and managing the protection of sensitive data and information assets<\/li>\n<li>Provide analytics and insights to the business on consumer behaviour \/usage and the impact of network performance on service revenue and prepare all business forecast<\/li>\n<li>Provide data and insights to the commercial business units and finance decision support teams to aid in conducting post-implementation reviews on newly launched products<\/li>\n<li>Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges and lead the documentation and maintenance of business reporting definitions<\/li>\n<li>Data mining or extracting usable data from valuable data sources and processing, cleansing, and validating the integrity of data to be used for analysis<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing large amounts of information to find patterns and solutions and Developing prediction systems and machine learning algorithms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Core competencies, knowledge, and experience in leadership and teamwork<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to work effortlessly within the team and across the business to drive discussions on business performance<\/li>\n<li>Must show initiative and anticipate the needs of the team and work proactively to deliver the necessary support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Innovation and change<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have a natural inclination for seeking out new ideas and opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Should exhibit creativity in approaching everyday challenges in the workplace<\/li>\n<li>Design, automate and disseminate interactive business reports to generate actionable insights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Drive<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to plough through challenges and see all tasks to their conclusion<\/li>\n<li>Constructively challenge and assist EVM and the new Product development teams with data and insights to manage the customer base, reduce churn and develop exciting products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Technical Competence<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good applied statistical skills, including knowledge of statistical tests, distributions, regression, maximum likelihood estimators, etc. Proficiency in statistics is essential for data-driven decision making<\/li>\n<li>Must have strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities<\/li>\n<li>Must possess excellent attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience using excel<\/li>\n<li>Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau)<\/li>\n<li>An understanding of budgeting procedures, methods and evaluation criteria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Communication<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to communicate confidently both orally and in writing.
