\n\u2022 Attract train support and retain an engaged and happy team of advisors
\n\u2022 Ensure the delivery of the productivity budget is in line with the sales mix and other key imperatives
\n\u2022 Build market pipelines, open markets, lead and support advisors to meet productivity budget
\n\u2022 Maintain interest in and obtain feedback from customers, industry, and other stakeholders to drive offering and service improvements to meet the needs of the retail market segment
\n\u2022 Indecisive entrepreneurial leadership of the channel and team to build and sustain a performance excellence culture in line with Sanlam’s core values
\n\u2022 Any other duties assigned by the line Manager<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Degree \/ HND in Marketing, Insurance, Risks Management, or a related field will be an advantage
\n\u2022 At least 2 years of managerial work experience in the financial services industry in leading sales teams
\n\u2022 Proven track record of successful sales team leadership
\n\u2022 Proven work and ethical standards<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Growth mindset
\n\u2022 Exposure to cross-functional business operations
\n\u2022 Business and technical acumen
