{"id":82447,"date":"2023-02-14T21:34:59","date_gmt":"2023-02-14T21:34:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=82447"},"modified":"2023-02-14T21:34:59","modified_gmt":"2023-02-14T21:34:59","slug":"old-mutual-jobs-2023-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/old-mutual-jobs-2023-3.html","title":{"rendered":"Old Mutual Jobs 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Your time is now to be your exceptional best at Old Mutual!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> Job Title: Distribution Support\/Broker Relationship Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This role functions as a subject matter expert in a specific field of administration\/product\/process.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a consultant w.r.t decision making of operational and or tactical importance<\/li>\n<li>Act as an expert resource on major projects or could be accountable for the delivery of projects within the division or BU.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a consultant for system enhancements.<\/li>\n<li>Accountable for major administration processes and the project management thereof.<\/li>\n<li>Functions as a subject matter expert in a specific field of administration\/product\/process.<\/li>\n<li>Often acts as a point of escalation for matters with a higher level of complexity.<\/li>\n<li>Support non-performing Advisors through Performance Review Process (PRP) and Co-attendance in the team in conjunction with Branch Sales Manager to improve performance.<\/li>\n<li>Research and develop more commercial worksite markets and develop strategies to penetrate them on a weekly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve internal and external customer or stakeholders queries<\/li>\n<li>Act as the sole liaison between Financial Advisors (FA) and the business<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for timely payment of FA allowances.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee partnerships with Brokers (pitch for the partnership deals and manage relationships)<\/li>\n<li>Provide training support to the business unit.<\/li>\n<li>Strong support role to the BU Executive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements: Skills, Qualifications, and Experience required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in any discipline from an accredited tertiary institution<\/li>\n<li>Sales and marketing experience in the financial services industry<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent relationship management skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal relationship skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized and structured, able to multi-task and prioritize appropriately.<\/li>\n<li>Results-oriented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Innovation<\/li>\n<li>Leadership<\/li>\n<li>Technical Knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Execution<\/li>\n<li>Initiating Action<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal Skills<\/li>\n<li>Relationship Management Skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Your time is now to be your exceptional best at Old Mutual!
