vehicle management solutions, X-Ray inspection, integrated security solutions, embedded biometric and radio-frequency identification modules.<\/p>\n<p class=\"title\"><strong>Job Description <\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"title\"><strong>Job Title: Business Development Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Develops and sustains long-lasting relationships with customers.<\/p>\n<p>Identify key installers and integrators, maintain a good relationship<\/p>\n<p>Promote and sell company products and solutions<\/p>\n<p>Generate and close out new project opportunities<\/p>\n<p>Monitor and manage project progress and solve occurring problems with the appropriate team<\/p>\n<p>Responsible for sales contract bidding and the full cycle of the acquired projects<\/p>\n<p>Conduct sales visits, organize local promotional work and other sales activities to improve the ZKTeco brand visibility and reputation<\/p>\n<p>Liaise with technical support team members regarding customer requests or technical questions from customers<\/p>\n<p>Provide product and sales training to clients.<\/p>\n<p>Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.<\/p>\n<p>Visiting customers to follow up on prospects<\/p>\n<p>Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.<\/p>\n<p>Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.<\/p>\n<p>Informing management of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"title\">Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor&#8217;s degree from a reputable higher institution<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years of relevant work experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience working as a business development officer or a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated and target driven<\/li>\n<li>Established relation with integrators\/installers is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team<\/li>\n<li>The ability to travel as may be required<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management skills &amp;
