As such DBSI is playing a key role in ensuring effective operation with minimum disruption to business in the Purchase to Pay Work Stream<\/p>\n<p>This position will work closely with In Market Company representatives of different levels and departments as well as relevant third parties.<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Description<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Job Title: Source To Pay Invoice Controller<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Purpose of Role:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>To ensure the vendor reconciliations are performed on time and issues are fixed on a timely basis as per the process.<\/p>\n<p><b>TOP Accountabilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and scanning of vendor invoices and credit notes with TAX details for local, NIS, and foreign vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Raising of drafts for the business when required and reimbursement payments Collaborate with market partners, vendors, and STP team to resolve the issues.<\/li>\n<li>Performing the scanning V\/S SAP reconciliation Preforming reconciliation of supply Financing Scheme (SFS) vendors Actively connect with TAX team and procurement team to determine the TAX details for Non-Residential vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Processing JV on FTC WHT via Oswald Handling the FTC salaries payments. Initiation of Down payment\/Urgent payment and Statutory payment request.<\/li>\n<li>P-card payment process and travel and expense card collection. Ensuring all the vital documents are submitted to bank on Foreign payments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications and Experience Required:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University graduate in Commerce\/Accounts\/Finance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meaningful work experience in an F&amp;A BPO or any other industry in Finance &amp; accounting field<\/li>\n<li>Experience in End to End P2P Domain<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the P2P process with good communication<\/li>\n<li>Customer care and team-playing skills<\/li>\n<li>Conversant with Purchase to Pay SAP application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Essential Skills<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good understanding of AP process<\/li>\n<li>Experience in similar profile<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of accounting<\/li>\n<li>Skills for understanding and solving problems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Barriers to Success:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Lack of PTP knowledge<\/p>\n<p>Adapt readily to change, multi-task and work in a team<\/p>\n<p>Communicate, build outstanding relationships,s and network with all the relevant collaborators in the market.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DBSI (Diageo Business Services India) is a multi-functional, multicultural, multi-language Shared Service Centre that handles back office Finance Transactions for DIAGEO-worldwide businesses.
