The role will report to the Group CEO and Board of Directors in spearheading delivery of high-quality corporate legal services, provide leadership to the diverse team of dedicated legal and client services staff, and increase the Division’s overall contributions to the growth of the business.<\/p>\n
The right candidate will be a Bar-qualified lawyer with graduate qualifications from a reputable University. Must have 10 years working experience in Ghana and internationally and the ability to manage and grow a portfolio of investors, statutory bodies and corporate clients. Client service responsibilities will require the Director to demonstrate a superior understanding of local and international corporate law practice, engage easily with clients, think analytically and provide solutions to a mix of business and legal problems. The person must be a team worker with an acute eye for detail and a quick mind. The Director, Legal Services must be able to work around the clock to deliver results and will be consistently called upon by the role to set a good leadership example to staff on the job.<\/p>\n
