As part of this growing team, you will also get to help shape the innovative culture that makes EY such a great place to work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Technology Solution Delivery \u2013 Manager 1 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will be required to support our clients in their most strategic challenges to define and implement the actions necessary to improve their performance and their organization:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical leadership on major ERP transformation projects<\/li>\n<li>Support with the development of innovative solutions to address client needs<\/li>\n<li>Document and analyze business requirements and develop appropriate solution specifications<\/li>\n<li>Support with the configuration, training, and implementation of relevant business applications<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with other sub-service lines to market\/develop appropriate solutions for clients<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and train less experienced consultants<\/li>\n<li>Play a leading role in marketing our technology solution delivery offerings to clients<\/li>\n<li>Identify business opportunities where we can leverage our technology solutions to drive our client\u2019s transformation agenda<\/li>\n<li>Develop technical proposals in response to client solicitations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To qualify for the role, you must have the following: <\/strong><strong>Educational Requirements And Technical Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Computer Science\/information technology or in a related field from a recognized university<\/li>\n<li>7+ years of practical experience in software implementation<\/li>\n<li>Proven architecture, design, and implementation experience with large-scale projects<\/li>\n<li>Ability to conceptualize and translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience of multiple technologies \u2013 Open-source applications, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle etc<\/li>\n<li>Experience in providing technical leadership to project resources to meet project deadlines and ensure project objectives are met<\/li>\n<li>Experience in developing detailed knowledge of all aspects of the application development cycle<\/li>\n<li>Innovative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to learn new technology and ability to learn quickly<\/li>\n<li>Experience in consulting practice would be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and communications skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Look For <\/strong>Highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
