{"id":83181,"date":"2023-02-27T17:28:07","date_gmt":"2023-02-27T17:28:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=83181"},"modified":"2023-02-27T17:28:07","modified_gmt":"2023-02-27T17:28:07","slug":"airteltigo-jobs-2023-6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/airteltigo-jobs-2023-6.html","title":{"rendered":"AirtelTigo Jobs 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Direct Sales Supervisor \u2013 Central <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The successful candidate will join as a Direct sales supervisor in the sales and distribution department.<br \/>\n\u2022 (S)He will support Regional Sales Manager to achieve activation and sales objectives.<br \/>\n\u2022 Also working in accordance with the company policies and procedures, (s)he will continually improve the present and future performance of the business.<br \/>\n\u2022 The Direct Sales Supervisor will create team spirit based on the company values, stimulate innovation and customer focus throughout the operation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Develop and grow businesses in assigned regions by recruiting &amp; managing mobile agents<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide technical feedback with reference to issues with activation<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide reports to the Direct Sales\/Regional Manager<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that BTL activities are held on schedule and report on results<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare monthly activation and BTL schedule and executes accordingly<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify Business\/Activation opportunities in the market<br \/>\n\u2022 You are responsible for ensuring that there is adequate branding for\/of the team<br \/>\n\u2022 Recruit Points of Activation<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare and submit monthly itinerary on the last Friday of every (current) month<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare daily route before going out on the field\/market and sending daily visitation tracker<br \/>\n\u2022 Hold daily morning meetings with the team and align on the plan for the day<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 A University degree from a recognized University with emphasis in Marketing or a Higher National Diploma (HND) from related business fields.<br \/>\n\u2022 A minimum of two (2) years\u2019 experience in a Sales and Distribution role and operation experience preferable in FMCG.<br \/>\n\u2022 Proficiency in IT software\u2019s such as Microsoft Office, etc.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in verbal and written English is essential.<br \/>\n\u2022 Good organizational and time management skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Good execution and reporting skills.<br \/>\n\u2022 Must be licensed to drive and with clean driver\u2019s license\/record.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Central Region<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified applicants should send their Applications &amp; Curriculum Vitae to:\u00a0<strong>Recruitment@airteltigo.com.gh<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kindly indicate the role you are applying for in the email subject.<\/p>\n<p>Ready to be part of our dynamic and innovative team?
