{"id":83352,"date":"2023-03-02T11:05:03","date_gmt":"2023-03-02T11:05:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=83352"},"modified":"2023-03-02T11:05:03","modified_gmt":"2023-03-02T11:05:03","slug":"ericsson-jobs-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/ericsson-jobs-2023.html","title":{"rendered":"Ericsson Jobs 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager, to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goals are met, customer expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Project Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What You Will Do<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources, and plans and monitor all activities.<\/li>\n<li>Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues<\/li>\n<li>Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events<\/li>\n<li>Handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting<\/li>\n<li>Develop the CPM subject area: simplify processes, methods, and tools with creative ideas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You will bring<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum Graduate Degree.<\/li>\n<li>3+ Years of Minimum Experience in Project Management skills (budget management, risks analysis, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability in BSS and IT projects delivery \u2013 Billing, CRM, migration project exp, configurations, customizations, 3PP integrations, etc<\/li>\n<li>Financial Competence &amp; Analysis Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Business Understanding &amp; Consultative Selling Skills<\/li>\n<li>Customer and Market Insight.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation, Persuading &amp; influencing Skills<\/li>\n<li>Project Management Skills<\/li>\n<li>Occupational Health &amp; Safety (OHS)!<\/li>\n<li>Leading, supervising, planning &amp; organizing skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with English Language!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Requirements<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PMI\/PMP\/Prince2 certifications \u2013 The CPM is expected to be certified on the job stage that they holds<\/li>\n<li>Project sales process &amp; Contract management<\/li>\n<li>3rd party supplier\u2019s management experience<\/li>\n<li>Mobile financial experience<\/li>\n<li>BSCS, configuration, customization &amp; integration of applications, software development project management<\/li>\n<li>Having worked in projects that required multiple (30+) REST\/JSON\/etc integrations with 3PPs (banks, merchants, suppliers, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Previous role as PM, Solution Integration Lead<\/li>\n<li>Vendor delivery experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why join Ericsson?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At Ericsson, you\u00b4ll have an outstanding opportunity.
