\nThe Role of the On Site Systems and Information and security specialist is to implement security policies and procedures which safeguard the integrity of and access to enterprise systems, and files.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\uf020Assist in the continual security awareness education and training;
\n\u2022\uf020Facilitate control and compliance initiatives, such as third party reviews and due diligence;
\n\u2022\uf020Prepare and submit required security\/compliance related reports as needed;
\n\u2022\uf020Conduct risk assessment audits with client auditors and related agencies;
\n\u2022\uf020Keep abreast of latest security and privacy regulations, and advisories;
\n\u2022\uf020Assist with change control processes to ensure changes are properly recorded;
\n\u2022\uf020Strong interpersonal skills are required;
\n\u2022\uf020Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required;
\n\u2022\uf020Overnight travel to alternate facilities;
\n\u2022\uf020Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance required.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\uf020Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required
\n\u2022\uf020Understanding of advanced computer network threats and attacks
\n\u2022\uf020Strong technical skills to include: application and operating system hardening, vulnerability assessments, security audits, TCP\/IP, intrusion detection systems, firewalls.
\n\u2022\uf020Must possess a high degree of integrity and trust along with the ability to work independently
\n\u2022\uf020Minimum 10 yrs of experience in support of ICT infrastructure and Data
\nCentre Security policies, procedures and compliance
\n\u2022\uf020Ability to weigh business risks and enforce appropriate information security measures<\/p>\n
