\nThe Role of the On Site Desk Side Support Administrator performs varying degrees of problem determination and resolution of desktop hardware and software problems through the effective use of available technical resources, per contracted service level agreements.
\n.The responsibilities include:
\n\u2022\uf020The Desk Side Administrator would maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with systems & network administrators.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\uf020At least 3 years\u2019 experience in MS Windows Family
\n\u2022\uf020At least 3 years\u2019 experience in MS Office package
\n\u2022\uf020Good knowledge in LAN\/WAN Network, TCP\/IP protocol and network devices
\n\u2022\uf020Good knowledge in at least two OS: Windows, Linux, UNIX (preferably AIX)
\n\u2022\uf020Good knowledge in IT Security aspects
\n\u2022\uf020Knowledge of ITIL<\/p>\n
