\n\u2022 Conduct financial audits (i.e. assists in determining the nature, scope and direction of financial engagements).
\n\u2022 Perform specific financial procedures including:
\n\u2022 Evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of internal financial control systems.
\n\u2022 Preparation of financial work papers in accordance with acceptable formats.
\n\u2022 Manage the accounting system.
\n\u2022 Timely preparation of draft reports on all financial engagements.
\n\u2022 Review of compliance with all statutory provisions under the financial law and other regulations.
\n\u2022 Provide on-the-job training and supervise subordinates within the Finance team.
\n\u2022 Broad conceptual judgment, initiative and ability to deal with complex accounting issues.
\n\u2022 Development and communication of observations and recommendations.
\n\u2022 Prepare comprehensive financial management reports.
\n\u2022 Perform other duties assigned by superior.<\/p>\n
