The successful candidate will be responsible for the promotion and marketing of all Parts and Service Division products portfolio, e.g. Mid-life, Remans, CES, Care agreements, Multibrand, Remote monitoring, Fluids &amp; Rockhouse, and new products released.<br \/>\nWith market input, develop custom solutions that will add value for customers and create value for Epiroc.<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Marketing and Customer Solution Lead\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Further, develop and improve performance in terms of sales, profitability, and efficiency in operation and shall in addition:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Increase consolidated profitability of aftermarket support<\/li>\n<li>Assure success in our ambition to grow customer share for the Parts and Services Division<\/li>\n<li>Promote Key to successful projects and projects 50, and reach the expected targets<\/li>\n<li>Design products to fit the market conditions ensuring compliance to Epiroc standards<\/li>\n<li>Create state-of-the-art running cost models for equipment to support Capital equipment and service contract, teams<\/li>\n<li>Use updated fleet management to find business opportunities and customer solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing intelligence on pricing, product performance, and competitors<\/li>\n<li>Further, develop the business by the continuous development and implementation of territory management plans.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support for new customers, and existing one on establishing and building an efficient inventory.<\/li>\n<li>Promoting customer stock and VMI solutions, by building business package to support customer fleets onsite.<\/li>\n<li>Work actively on brand positioning in line with the strategy of PSD<\/li>\n<li>Increase customer satisfaction by putting actions in place for improvement needs as revealed in NPS surveys (and\/or via other channels)<\/li>\n<li>Focus on customer centricity by having a good understanding of their expectations, needs and providing solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Design and drive product campaigns towards increased business<\/li>\n<li>Support inventory management by controlling Obsolete and Slow-Moving inventory &lt; 2%.<\/li>\n<li>Customer satisfaction surveys<\/li>\n<li>24\/7 customer support<\/li>\n<li>Systematic feedback of customer data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competences, skills and experience\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Engineering\/Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Five years\u2019 experience in similar role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to plan and manage activities<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge or EPIROC Equipment \/Competitor Equipment and Aftermarket Support Products<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate (Excel)<\/li>\n<li>Customer Centric and must have some Customer Support background, planning, and Sales experience<\/li>\n<li>Must have an Engineering background (Mechanical \/Electrical) with at least 5 year\u2019s experience in mine maintenance and a similar role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Drive the business with focus on growth and profitability, as well as finding business synergies, building new businesses and creating new options.
