BIC team members are empowered to take ownership of their careers and bring their unique perspectives to the table to make a meaningful impact on our mission.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Regional Sales Manager \u2013 Southern Ghana<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a colorful world \u2013 make your mark by joining the BIC team today.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A. Main Responsibilities \/ Tasks<\/li>\n<li>Grow in the sales volumes of the organization within the assigned customers and territories<\/li>\n<li>Regularly review with the Customers their performance and contribution in line with Customers Management Review template.<\/li>\n<li>Develop Regional Business Plan for the region and a Customer Business plan for each customer in the territory.<\/li>\n<li>Define a Journey Plan per ASM\/DSR to ensure RTM optimization for better coverage, cost saving and over lapping of sales area.<\/li>\n<li>Develop New Sales opportunities within designated Region.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and ensure realization of Marketing Grids Priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report all the competitor activities in the region, New Product Launch, Sales Promotion, trade activations.<\/li>\n<li>Submit periodic competitor price matrix in the region.<\/li>\n<li>Generate orders and drive prompt delivery and payment<\/li>\n<li>Proper liaison between customers with the relevant stakeholders (sales, finance, supply chain, etc.) in order to guarantee growth and customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Create and manage a database of Traditional Trade and Modern Trade Customers<\/li>\n<li>Ensure price compliance in the Region<\/li>\n<li>Manage the relevant documentation for delivery to customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>B. Key Performance Indicators \/ Key Figures<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Number of new customers<\/li>\n<li>Frequency of orders<\/li>\n<li>Service level (speed of delivery)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>C.
