\n\u2022 Negotiate prices and coordinate goods transport, communicating with freight companies to facilitate shipments
\n\u2022 Identify reputable carriers for freight service usage
\n\u2022 Develop and manage long-term customer relationships through effective issue resolution and dynamic engagement
\n\u2022 Notify customers of load and delivery updates
\n\u2022 Maintain meticulous records of prior shipments, including ingoing, outgoing, and stored freight
\n\u2022 Contact customers with competitive shipping quotes<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Knowledge or experience in logistics, online brokerage, and customer service will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Very fluent in the English language
\n\u2022 High sense of responsibility
\n\u2022 Success-driven and a strong desire to achieve financial goals.
\n\u2022 Preference for interacting with people over the phone.<\/p>\n
