Ltd is looking for dynamic experienced and dedicated individuals to fill the above positions.<\/p>\n<p>This position is responsible to lead the Branch to achieve profitability and operational integrity and ensure quality service to customers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Areas of Responsibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manages and supervises the day to day operations of the branch<\/li>\n<li>Prepares periodic returns of the branch to\u00a0Head Office<\/li>\n<li>Supervises and manages staff performance, team-work and motivation<\/li>\n<li>Markets the institution and mobilises deposits<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the leading functions of the Branch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors degree from a reputable University<\/li>\n<li>Master&#8217;s degree will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Five years or more experience in banking operations or a similar position<\/li>\n<li>Strong managerial, business development and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be assertive, focused and self motivated<\/li>\n<li>Good computer skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants with the requisite experience, who meet the above criteria for either of these positions, should send their application letter together with their CV and three references to:<\/p>\n<div>\n<strong>The Head, Training and Development<br \/>\nFirst National Savings and Loans Co.
