Ltd is looking for dynamic experienced and dedicated individuals to fill the above positions.<\/p>\n<p>This position is responsible to lead the Branch\/Branch Managers to achieve profitability and operational integrity and ensure quality service to customers whilst creating wealth for stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Areas of Responsibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overseeing and supervising the day to day operations of the branch<\/li>\n<li>Preparing periodic returns of the branch to Head Office<\/li>\n<li>Managing Branch Managers and liaison between Head Office and Branches<\/li>\n<li>Visiting Branches regularly to ensure operations are running smoothly<\/li>\n<li>Developing strategies to minimize customer complaints<\/li>\n<li>Undertakes market surveys and reports findings to Management<\/li>\n<li>Markets the institution and mobilizes deposits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors degree from a reputable University<\/li>\n<li>Master&#8217;s degree will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Seven (7) years or more experience in banking operations or a similar position<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the microfinance and\/or banking industry and related statutory banking compliance regulations, banking laws, etc<\/li>\n<li>Strong managerial, business development and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be assertive, focused and self motivated<\/li>\n<li>Good computer skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants with the requisite experience, who meet the above criteria for either of these positions, should send their application letter together with their CV and three references to:<\/p>\n<div><strong>The Head, Training and Development<br \/>\nFirst National Savings and Loans Co.
