Under the direction of the Executive Director and the LRC&#8217;s Board of Directors, the position is responsible for panning and oversight of all LRC&#8217;s financial operation. S\/he will assist in setting LRC priorities, have strategic planning and operational responsibilities and supervise administrative assistants<\/p>\n<p><strong>Financial Stewardship:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the short-term and long-term fiscal health of the organization<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage annual and long term budgets<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain sound and current financial management systems and written procedures. Prepare periodic financial analyses and manage cash flow<\/li>\n<li>Prepare financial reports and analyses for management and the Board<\/li>\n<li>Manage the LRC audit processes<\/li>\n<li>Personnel Administration<\/li>\n<li>Manage LRC personnel system<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain sound and current personnel system, including written policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Oversee LRC payroll and benefits procurement and administration<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate staff development programmes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Remuneration; Negotiable<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Master&#8217;s degree in Finance and Administration with a minimum of three years experience in accounting with a non-governmental organization<\/p>\n<p>Experience with Excel and QuickBooks Pro or similar accounting package<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicant should submit their applications with a CV to the:<\/p>\n<p>Director of Finance and Administration<\/p>\n<p>Legal Resources Centre<\/p>\n<p>P.
