Ltd is looking for dynamic experienced and dedicated individuals to fill the above positions.<\/p>\n<p>This position is responsible for providing overall leadership and direction of the Human Resource Management function and activities and ensures that these are effectively and efficiently managed. The HRM is also responsible for delivering high quality service to support business plans and priorities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Areas of Responsibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring the implementation of staff policies, procedures and practices to ensure compliance with local regulatory employment and labour laws<\/li>\n<li>Providing management support for recruitment, induction, confirmation and retention<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for staff payroll administration and welfare issues<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for employee\/industrial relations Management<\/li>\n<li>Management of Human Resource Information Systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Resource Management or other related field from a reputable university or college<\/li>\n<li>Professional HR qualification<\/li>\n<li>Master&#8217;s degree would be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>At least 10 years senior management experience gained from a similar or a related banking\/financial institution<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of related statutory and regulatory banking compliance regulations, local employment and labour laws, HR principles, and tax laws<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality in the information and advice provided to the CEO, Management and employees<\/li>\n<li>Listening, comprehension and understanding skills and sensitivity to the emotional, attitudinal and political aspect of human resources management<\/li>\n<li>Self motivated team player with good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants with the requisite experience, who meet the above criteria for either of these positions, should send their application letter together with their CV and three references to:<\/p>\n<div><strong>The Head, Training and Development<br \/>\nFirst National Savings and Loans Co.
