\n\u2022 Determine the broad objectives and strategies for the bank\u2019s business
\n\u2022 Prepare and timely present the required technical papers to the board for effective decision making
\n\u2022 Provide leadership and generally oversee the actives of the bank\u2019s credit activities to ensure efficient credit management and to improve its asset quality
\n\u2022 Ensure the effective management of the bank\u2019s IT infrastructure and safeguard its electronic data and information system
\n\u2022 Execute responsibilities and ensure that the general operations of the bank are in accordance with lawful and ethical standards, policies and procedures of the bank and be conversant with all relevant laws in the industry
\n\u2022 Institute and ensure the effective functioning of a robust system of internal controls that prevents and or early detects fraud, errors and irregularities within the bank
\n\u2022 Responsible for the overall management of the bank\u2019s human capital<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 First Degree and\/or part professional qualification accounting, finance, banking or related discipline with minimum of 15 years of working experience in banking institution, 8 years of which should be in managerial positions
\n\u2022 Experience in banking system with considerable knowledge in T24 banking application software
\n\u2022 Must possess considerable knowledge in financial regulations (Companies Act, Banks and Specialised Deposit Taking Institution Act, Deposit protection Act, AMI, Act etc)
\n\u2022 Good IT Skills and literate in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc
\n\u2022 Must have the ability to motivate and drive growth
\n\u2022 Strong professional ethics, excellent communication, organizational and time management skills and ability to work under pressure<\/p>\n
