The successful individual will assist with audit procedures to ensure that internal control is working as prescribed and corporate policies and procedures are being adhered to.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Audit Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Support in the preparation and execution of the risk-based annual internal audit plan<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in the implementation of effective internal control systems<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that procurement are in accordance with the procurement Act 914. company policy and procedures<br \/>\n\u2022 Review, record and report anomalies in the revenue, disbursement and invoking process<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist with inventory management review<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist with the production process review<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist with information system audit<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist with reviewing the existing system and making recommendations for improvements<br \/>\n\u2022 Follow up on status of implementation of audit recommendations<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document process<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills \/ Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Strong risk based auditing skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Must possess good analytical skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Must be a team player, with high commitment and honesty<br \/>\n\u2022 Must have keen eye for details and possess good communication skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Must be able to meet timelines<br \/>\n\u2022 Proven knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws and regulations<br \/>\n\u2022 Must be computer literate<br \/>\n\u2022 Knowledge in tally accounting system will be an advantage<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Good First Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent ICA \/ ACCA level 2, with 3 years post qualification relevant experiences<\/p>\n<p>OR<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 HND in Accounting from a recognised tertiary institution and leevl 2 ICA \/ ACCA with minimum of a 4 years of work experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Accra<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply For The Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants who meet the above-mentioned criteria may send their CVs and supporting documents to the email address below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>owusu.stephen@graphic.com.gh<\/strong>\u00a0\/\u00a0<strong>kyerewaa.afari@graphic.com.gh<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Closing Date:<\/strong>\u00a004 April, 2023<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Summary \u2022 A key player in the printing and packaging industry is looking for a suitably qualified individual to assist with the auditing activities of the company.
