\n\u2022 Developing and implementing of staff development plan as well as training to meet the evolving needs of the organization
\n\u2022 Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of the HR policies and procedures
\n\u2022 Formulating and recommending Human Resource policies with regard to employee relations practice to boost employee moral, increase motivation and putting in place systems to help these policies work efficiently.
\n\u2022 Ensuring that HR functions integrate with the strategic direction and functions of the organization
\n\u2022 To ensure that all staff get the opportunity to build, their capacity for growth to effectively serve the organization
\n\u2022 Undertaking job analysis information for writing effective job descriptions& Human Resource Planning for efficient forecasting of manpower needs and guaranteed organizational growth
\n\u2022 Any other duties assigned to by the Managing Director<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must possess leadership qualities.
\n\u2022 Should have excellent communication skills.
\n\u2022 Must have the ability to think and take decisions.
\n\u2022 Must be a team player and should be self motivated.
\n\u2022 Should possess negotiation skills.
\n\u2022 Must have the capability to initiate<\/p>\n
