{"id":84967,"date":"2023-03-30T11:10:07","date_gmt":"2023-03-30T11:10:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=84967"},"modified":"2023-03-30T11:10:07","modified_gmt":"2023-03-30T11:10:07","slug":"heritage-christian-college-jobs-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/heritage-christian-college-jobs-2023.html","title":{"rendered":"Heritage Christian College Jobs 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Grants and Research Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Identifies and maintains research grant sources and disseminates research funding opportunities<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinates the setting up of the teams for proposal development and provides pre-award support<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepares all contracts and portfolios for research, grants and consultancies<br \/>\n\u2022 Keeps a complete and accurate database of contracts for sub-awards, research, grant and consultancies<br \/>\n\u2022 Seeks and manages HCC\u2019s registration with an international institution that have research grant and other great platforms<br \/>\n\u2022 Reviews proposals for completeness and compliance with the national and institutional regulations\/policies\/guidelines procedures as well as administrative, financial, and programmatic (grant project performance) reporting requirements of the award<br \/>\n\u2022 Liaises with principal investigators, subcontractors, sponsored project offices and funding agencies<br \/>\n\u2022 Links industry with researchers and sets up funding mechanisms<br \/>\n\u2022 Identifies linkages of philanthropic individuals and agencies with HCC<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain links with industry players and keeps a complete and accurate database on the same<br \/>\n\u2022 Seeks patent registration for works of innovation<br \/>\n\u2022 Seeks linkages with industry to commercialize innovative research findings<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepares policy briefs for engagement with national policymakers<br \/>\n\u2022 Identifies, coordinates, and compiles research business development and strategic research plans of faculty, staff, and students<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp;
