In this role, you should have demonstrated knowledge and experience in creating Social Media content in a marketing or similar position.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Social Media Associate\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As Lemonade Finance\u2019s Social Media Associate in Ghana, you will be working closely with the Global Content Team, Ghana Country Manager and other team members to deliver and improve our brand awareness and social media presence in Ghana. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and a proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in content creation, editing, and developing strategies<\/li>\n<li>Ability to write in different tones and styles<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals and objectives of Lemonade Finance<\/li>\n<li>Knowlegeable about the Cultural nuance of living in Ghana<\/li>\n<li>Manage the day-to-day activities of Lemonade Finance\u2019s social media accounts<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyse social media metrics to continually improve the effectiveness of Lemonade Finance\u2019s social media presence<\/li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date with current social media trends and best practices, and incorporate these into Lemonade Finance\u2019s social media strategy<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other departments within Lemonade Finance, including Marketing, Customer Service, and Product, to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand experience across all touch points.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You will<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create original content and revise existing material to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and alignment with our standards<\/li>\n<li>Research industry-related topics and trends to develop ideas for content<\/li>\n<li>Interact with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure content meets their expectations<\/li>\n<li>Proofread and edit content prepared by other team members<\/li>\n<li>Develop content strategies and execute them<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with design, marketing, and other teams on content creation<\/li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date with industry developments, popular trends, and best practices in content creation<\/li>\n<li>Ensure content is accurate and appropriate for the intended audience and platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who You Are<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Be someone who is creative, innovative, experienced and has extensive experience creating engaging and informative content. The ideal candidate will possess excellent research skills and can develop unique content for various channels. They must be able to work independently and effectively collaborate with other teams to ensure that the content meets the highest standards of quality. Additionally, they should have excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for someone who can take the driest of topics and make them dance. Someone who doesn\u2019t take themselves too seriously but knows how to get things done.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nWhat You\u201dll Need<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>2 years of experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and technologies<\/li>\n<li>Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to write in a conversational and engaging tone.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Experience creating and executing successful social media campaigns, with a proven track record of increasing engagement and growing a brand\u2019s online presence<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you\u2019re passionate about social media and looking to join a fast-growing fintech company, we want to hear from you!
