\n\u2022 Managing and monitoring program and project budget.
\n\u2022 Managing records and receipts.
\n\u2022 Perform reconciliation of accounts, prepare balance sheet, etc.
\n\u2022 Ensuring adherence to approved financial reporting procedures.
\n\u2022 Processing invoices for payment and keeping records of all expenses.
\n\u2022 Entering data unto the SAGE accounting software.
\n\u2022 Keep up to date record of fund transfer to WASCAL graduate schools.
\n\u2022 Any other duties that may be assigned.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Part 2 of professional accountancy programme \u2013 ICA, ACCA, etc. will be an advantage.
\n\u2022 A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
\n\u2022 Experience in multi-currency accounting.
\n\u2022 Computer literacy particularly with programmes such as SAGE Accounting software and Excel is a must.
\n\u2022 Good interpersonal skills.
\n\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Ability in French language will be an advantage.<\/p>\n
