This is an exciting time to join our department in a technical role within flexible pipe systems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Field Service Specialist \u2013 Flexible Pipe Systems\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Partner with the best<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Inspect, review, improve and develop technical solutions across complex Flexible Pipe Systems<\/p>\n<p><strong>As a Field Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working in accordance with Industry Standards and offshore installation practices, the company\u2019s preventative and planned maintenance and certification programs<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating proactively and positively within the group including suppliers, subcontractors and clients; ensuring equipment systems are in working order and compliant<\/li>\n<li>Acting as company representative at offsite locations, on and offshore as required and to the company\u2019s policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that equipment and all relevant systems are in complete working order and compliant and stores and workshops are satisfactory<\/li>\n<li>Communicating all equipment maintenance, repair and operational activities to relevant parties and provide logistical and documentary evidence in support of this<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring equipment, stores and workshops are in a satisfactory condition necessary to carry out the operations efficiently and safely<\/li>\n<li>Participating in Tool Box Talks and attending HSE meetings and operating equipment in accordance with the standard operating and HSE procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fuel your passion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To be successful in this role you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a minimum of a National Diploma in a engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Have a valid BOSIET and valid OGUK Medical<\/li>\n<li>Have experience of working in an offshore environment involving flexible pipe or subsea construction<\/li>\n<li>Have a good understanding of operations required to move heavy equipment on and offshore<\/li>\n<li>Be comfortable for short notice travel and varying lengths of stay, in a global and exciting role<\/li>\n<li>Be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communications skills, written and verbal, with the multi-disciplinary environment<\/li>\n<li>Be technically minded, and solution-oriented with a track record for complex problem solving<\/li>\n<li>Be competent in reading, interpreting and executing instructions, safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals (written, oral, diagram)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work in a way that works for you<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
