\n\u2022 Served as substantive Deputy Librarian in a university or analogous institution;
\n\u2022 Evidence of research publications in area of specialisation in peer reviewed Journals\/Publications will be an advantage;
\n\u2022 A strong knowledge of library management, strong capability of traditional and electronic library practices with evidence of ability to lead a University library;
