{"id":85995,"date":"2023-04-26T16:09:51","date_gmt":"2023-04-26T16:09:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=85995"},"modified":"2023-04-26T16:09:51","modified_gmt":"2023-04-26T16:09:51","slug":"wamfie-rural-bank-ltd-jobs-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wamfie-rural-bank-ltd-jobs-2023.html","title":{"rendered":"Wamfie Rural Bank Ltd Jobs 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To supervise general Branch Management and Operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Branch Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION\/EXPERIENCE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting or related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of Five (5) years\u2019 experience in Banking; preferably in rural and community bank with minimum of 2 years in Branch Management.<\/li>\n<li>Professional Certification would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To manage the day-to-day\u2019s operations of the branch and to be responsible to all that happens at the branch.<\/li>\n<li>To prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly returns of the branch and report to Head Office timely.<\/li>\n<li>To supervise the balancing of ledgers at the branch and daily accounting transactions (call over).<\/li>\n<li>To manage the liquidity of the branch.<\/li>\n<li>To Supervise subordinates to ensure that time, quality and other set standards are adhered to.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Customers satisfaction, monitor and improve branch efficiency and profitability.<\/li>\n<li>To supervise loan officers and assist in loan recovery at the Branch.<\/li>\n<li>To support and critically assess the loans appraisals and loans submitted by customers.<\/li>\n<li>To be responsible for funds mobilization.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that targets on deposits loan recovery, profits and shares are achieved.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing of the Bank\u2019s Products, Customer Growth, Quality Advances.\u00a0 Branch Treasury Management are key responsibilities as the Branch Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Reconciliation of the Branch Inter Agency Accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Any other duty assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be knowledgeable in T-24 banking software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deadline for application is 19th May 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JOB PURPOSE: To supervise general Branch Management and Operations.
