\n\u2022 Responsible for the planning, management and execution of all marketing initiatives and the day-to-day marketing functions of the bank
\n\u2022 The successful applicant shall lead the team to develop and implement a marketing programme that will be in alignment with the overall bank\u2019s strategic objectives set
\n\u2022 Direct, supervise and coordinate the marketing staff
\n\u2022 Collaborate with the management Team headed by the CEO to develop targeted marketing activities that will assist in the achievement of brand\/agency goals
\n\u2022 You will facilitate, lead and manage new product development processes to come up with attractive, suitable and market responsive products for the bank
\n\u2022 Review the performance of the bank\u2019s products and services on monthly basis
\n\u2022 Execute targeted marketing campaigns, including development and coordination of advertising (traditional and digital), agency signage\u2019s and website content
\n\u2022 Assure all forms of advertising meet compliance requirements and marketing standards
\n\u2022 Ensure the bank\u2019s website content is updated with relevant and up-to-date resources and information to help customers and the general public with their financial needs
\n\u2022 Conduct periodic market surveys to assess consumer taste and general market dynamics
\n\u2022 Conduct regular feedback exercises to monitor customer satisfaction and ongoing service quality
\n\u2022 Monitor and coordinate staff participation in local events in a manner that will enhance credibility of the bank<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 The preferred candidate will have at least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a marketer or in a related field<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Age Limit: 30 \u2013 45 years<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Excellent quantitative and qualitative reporting skills
\n\u2022 Good leadership skills
\n\u2022 Must have a good knowledge of the T24 banking application software
\n\u2022 Ability to deliver high quality output with minimal error rate<\/p>\n
