Overall responsibility for planning, administration and general management issues which includes day to day supervision of staff.<\/p>\n

General Accountabilities

Fulfilling objectives and directives from contract management
\nMotivating, Organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure KPIs are met
\nManagement of warehouse & distribution in line with operations budget
\nOverseeing stock control and processing of orders
\nEnsure all quality, HSE, budget, Security etc objectives are met
\nDevelopment and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives – ISO, SHEQ
\nKeeping control systems up to date
\nPlanning future capacity requirements
\nProducing periodic performance reports and stactistics on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
\nMonitoring quality of service and interacting with customer
\nOverseeing the operations maintenance etc of FLTs
\nGenerate weekly and montly reports as well as Key Performance Indicators required on the contract
