This role requires the individual to manage financial functions of the agency in Ghana. They should maintain a far sightedness in order to ensure that the funds are utilized in the most efficient manner. Their actions directly affect the profitability, growth and goodwill of the agency.<\/p>\n<p class=\"title\"><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Production Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 100% enforcement of production process and relevant documentation<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Manage production seamlessly using agreed process<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure time efficiency and delivery per agreed delivery dates\/briefs<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure good Internal and external partner relationship with teams, clients and PHs.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 You must prepare production reports with learnings and recommendation after each production<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Effectively plan productions on account portfolio assigned.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Identify and manage suppliers, costs &amp; quotes, production planning and scheduling.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Work closely with the catergory leads and their managers.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Liaise with 3rd party suppliers locally and on the African continent<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain a good working relationship with suppliers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"title\">Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing\u00a0or\u00a0related field<\/li>\n<li>\u00a03 to 5 years proven experience in the\u00a0Film, Television, Media, Marketing, Advertising, and Broadcasting industry.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0Solution and deadline driven.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Energetic, enthusiastic and willing \u201cto go the extra mile.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Meticulous with attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0Flexible to work beyond normal office hours (overtime if and when required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"title\">Additional Information<\/p>\n<p>Publics Groupe is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and prohibits any forms of Discrimination or Harassment.
