Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: HR Specialist and Commercial Business Partner<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Implement appropriate employee training and manage its delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Review key business performance targets and their related talent implications with business leaders.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate long-term initiatives aligned with the strategic agenda.<\/li>\n<li>Assist business unit leaders in providing employees with development opportunities that align with current and future performance standards.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and promote ongoing feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Provide expert advice and coaching to employees when appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Understand and solicit employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns.<\/li>\n<li>Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve HR policies and initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and drive the sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a liaison between the line and HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs.<\/li>\n<li>Identify new opportunities for HR to add value to the business.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate a strong leadership and coaching culture.<\/li>\n<li>Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and contribute to functional and cross-functional initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify new ways for HR to support the business strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to collect and synthesize large quantities of quantitative and qualitative data.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to recognize trends and develop recommendations based on data analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop and deliver relevant, effective training programs to targeted audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Effective team player and networker<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills<\/li>\n<li>Significant knowledge of HR policies, processes (e.g., workforce planning and talent management), and talent management practices<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education And Experience Requirements<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, HR management, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>HR Certification is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and employment
