{"id":86587,"date":"2023-05-12T14:45:17","date_gmt":"2023-05-12T14:45:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=86587"},"modified":"2023-05-12T14:45:17","modified_gmt":"2023-05-12T14:45:17","slug":"vodafone-jobs-2023-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/vodafone-jobs-2023-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Vodafone Jobs 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Analyst, Technical BI Developer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Purpose<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure successful undertaking of data collection, pre-processing and analysis of data<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the delivery of accurate, insightful and timely analysis into the performance of the business<\/li>\n<li>Employ the innovative use of technology to automate and improve the quality, relevance, and timely generation of business reports<\/li>\n<li>Manage engagement with business stakeholders during delivery of requests<\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement to create efficiencies in service delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience<br \/>\n<\/strong>Leadership and teamwork<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to work effortlessly within the team and across the business to drive discussions on business performance<\/li>\n<li>Must show initiative and anticipate the needs of the team and work proactively to deliver the necessary support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Innovation and change<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have a natural inclination for seeking out new ideas and opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Should exhibit creativity in approaching everyday challenges in the workplace<\/li>\n<li>Design, automate and disseminate interactive business dashboards to generate actionable insights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Drive<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to plough through challenges and see all tasks to their conclusion<\/li>\n<li>Constructively challenge and assist business functions(CBU, EBU, DT-COP) with data and insights to manage customer base, reduce churn and develop exciting products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Technical Competence<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving abilities<\/li>\n<li>Must possess excellent attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in SQL, Oracle database and Python;<\/li>\n<li>3+ years\u2019 experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau , Oracle Analytics Server) and databases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Communication<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to communicate confidently both orally and in writing.
