\n\u2022 Mathematics\/Statistics, demographics, public policy, economics or related field. Advanced certificate in Monitoring & Evaluation or economics preferred<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Experience in designing and managing beneficiary monitoring and database systems
\n\u2022 Experience in strategic planning and performance measurement, including indicator selection, target setting, reporting, database management and developing monitoring & evaluation and performance monitoring plans
\n\u2022 Knowledge of the major evaluation methodologies (e.g qualitative, quantitative, mixed-method and impact) and data collection and analysis methodologies
\n\u2022 Ability to facilitate and serve as project liaison for externally-managed evaluations
\n\u2022 Languages: Excellent written and spoken command of English<\/p>\n
