Meeting sales targets, and compliance with regulations; maintaining sound security practices at the station.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Filling Station Supervisor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Collaborate with the Area Manager to hire, recruit and train filling station staff.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assign, schedule, and monitor tasks of filling station staff.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain healthy customer relationships at all times at the filling station.<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop and manage strategies for increasing patronage at the filling station.<br \/>\n\u2022 Advice management on events to improve quality service.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare and report daily station activities to management.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that all statutory, industry, and company regulations are strictly complied with.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain inventory controls of stocks and materials.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain good housekeeping practices at all times.<br \/>\n\u2022 Receive daily sales, records and keep documentation of sales and droppings from pump attendants and deposit all sales into the company\u2019s bank account.<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage petty cash and all cash funds at the filling station.<br \/>\n\u2022 Run appropriate tests with prior approval from management to ensure smooth operations at the station.<br \/>\n\u2022 Report technical faults promptly to management through the area manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Applicants must have guarantors at least two (2), who will be held liable for any loss caused by the employee.
