{"id":87143,"date":"2023-05-29T14:23:56","date_gmt":"2023-05-29T14:23:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=87143"},"modified":"2023-05-29T14:23:56","modified_gmt":"2023-05-29T14:23:56","slug":"epiroc-jobs-2023-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/epiroc-jobs-2023-5.html","title":{"rendered":"Epiroc Jobs 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>While this role opens you to career growth opportunities within the PSD business, the purpose of this role is to support sales across Anglophone countries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Underground Field Service Supervisor\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The role<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>People Management: Lead, motivate, develop, and support underground service contract &amp; filed service team to deliver service excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Compliance: Ensure all work practices are conducted in a safe manner in line with relevant legislative and Safety requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Recording and Reporting: Ensure maintenance history for all Jobs and services and equipment is recorded, relevant records and reports are delivered to management.<\/li>\n<li>Project Delivery: Contribute to the successful delivery of workshop projects, Overhauls taking responsibility as directed.<\/li>\n<li>Take lead and Supervise Overhauls, Audit and Repair of all Epiroc underground equipment and Components repair\/ rebuilt for both Workshop and Customer Sites.<\/li>\n<li>To Supervise Field Service work, including scheduled services, machines assessment (RigScan) and breakdown repairs on all Epiroc Underground equipment<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Efficient Maintenance of different underground fleet (Tooling and Equipment by Supervising and documenting Periodic Inspections).<\/li>\n<li>To take responsibility for the safe storage and maintenance of the company\u2019s vehicles, workshop Tooling and General Equipment in your care.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the preparation of monthly closings and reporting, in collaboration with the service operation Manager &amp; Service admin.<\/li>\n<li>Follow the guarantees, Service news &amp; Safety campaign for all underground machines in your territory in collaboration with the technical support manager and service admin.<\/li>\n<li>Propose and collaborate in the definition of maintenance contracts and the sale of service products in close connection with the Product Support Manager &amp; service Operation Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Support for customers technically &amp; operators training if needed.<\/li>\n<li>Doing back-up of the supervisors on site if needed<\/li>\n<li>Participating on commissioning of the new machines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competence, Skills And Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in Engineering and\/or Mechanical Engineering equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Has experience on field service and workshop specially on mining sector.<\/li>\n<li>Has experience on Epiroc equipment specially or equivalents.<\/li>\n<li>Successful experience in leading and guiding a team of service team and technicians.<\/li>\n<li>At least five years technical experience and site supervision<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the underground mining<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personality<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication skills on all levels<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build strong and effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated<\/li>\n<li>Having astute safety awareness and comply with safety regulations of company and customer sites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>United.
