{"id":87161,"date":"2023-05-29T14:48:51","date_gmt":"2023-05-29T14:48:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=87161"},"modified":"2023-05-29T14:48:51","modified_gmt":"2023-05-29T14:48:51","slug":"world-vision-ghana-vacancies-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/world-vision-ghana-vacancies-2023.html","title":{"rendered":"World Vision Ghana Vacancies 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for reporting to the accounts payable team lead for processing invoices and verification of invoices while delivering a high level of service that meets or exceeds the Service Level Agreement on behalf of World Vision (WV) SSC- Ghana.<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible for processing supplier invoices) and processing (credit notes)<br \/>\n\u2022 According to the laid down processes and procedures.<\/p>\n<p>Responsible for create invoices pertaining to retentions, COD, Taxes as well as down payments for all countries as we \u2018Follow-the-Sun\u201d Strategy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meet Service Level agreement with the National Office<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Assist internal and external Customers on AP related questions.<br \/>\n\u2022 Send invoices for bypass when necessary and on timely basis.<br \/>\n\u2022 Support in the execution of internal control procedures<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meet Service Level agreement with the National Office<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Help to clarify all doubts about audit related issues with Accounts Payable.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure Invoice log sheets are constantly updated to keep track of balance sheet accounts<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meet Service Level agreement with the National Office<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ensue clear and adequate communications are sent to customers on invoices that are voided or rejected at the time of booking those invoices.<br \/>\n\u2022 Support in providing data to AP analyst for the preparation of weekly report.<br \/>\n\u2022 Meet Service Level agreement with the National Office<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible for timely processing of supplier invoices ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures, tax law, and government requirements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp;
