The incumbent will also develop small to medium size customers under his\/her portfolio and promotes all digital products for Hapag-Lloyd to our customers ensuring the highest level of quality when interacting with them being customer-oriented and creating value for customers as well as for Hapag-Lloyd.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Coordinator\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibility :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Focus on smaller customers<\/li>\n<li>Full selling responsibility, for both new and existing customers<\/li>\n<li>Deliver &amp; follow up quotations and handle \u201cBack office\u201d activities<\/li>\n<li>FIS RA creation, maintenance, and handling of SC\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Procedure application for New Customers Validation<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of rate agreement matter with CS \u2013 Issuance and requesting of FMC rates filling<\/li>\n<li>Proactive behaviour during phone calls to get information about potential customer business and to meet his necessities<\/li>\n<li>Follow up commercial tasks<\/li>\n<li>Handle SRR with TM \/ Area<\/li>\n<li>Hunt for new cargo and customers<\/li>\n<li>Market research and reporting of sales calls (CRM)<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on sales leads<\/li>\n<li>Weekly Follow Up on Ebusiness focus for proactive selling of HL Digital products.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting account planning and derive an account strategy including an action plan to develop customers \/ opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating the participation in tender requests from own customers and handling customer tender feedback<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your profile:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree<\/li>\n<li>Experience in multinational companies.
