He will also ensure that management systems,policies, procedures, standards are adhered to for uninterrupted mining<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undertaking daily routine fault-tracing and maintenance of machines<\/li>\n<li>Understanding maintenance in a timeous manner to meet targets<\/li>\n<li>Executing daily routine work strictly according to Procedures and Standards<\/li>\n<li>Suggesting improved ways of performing tasks<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a comprehensive record\/file of applicable to standards and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Encouraging inputs from the work groups which lead to continuous improvement<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner ensuring compliance with OHSAS I800I and ISO I400I requirements<\/li>\n<li>identifying and providing full reports on risks and hazards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key requirements: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recognised National Vocational Training Certificate or equivalent qualification in Auto Electrical<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three (3) years experience in Heavy auto electrical maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in safe lifting practices<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work for long hours<\/li>\n<li>Well developed oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Medical fitness for the position and environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>HR Officer<\/p>\n<p>Tarkwa Gold Mine<\/p>\n<p>P.
