The HR Manager will be instrumental in running human resources and contribute to keeping the staff productive. \n\u2022 Providing hotel managers and staff with guidance on HR policies and procedures and employment laws\/regulations.
\n\u2022 Planning HR and administration activities annually.
\n\u2022 Providing support to hotel managers with recruitment, employee retention, employee relations, and reward and absence management.
\n\u2022 Managing onboarding, orientation, and exit procedures
\n\u2022 Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.
\n\u2022 Managing and improving administrative processes to effectively support the business\u2019s daily operations.
\n\u2022 Be a focal point for responding to key administrative issues.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 At least five (5)years of working experience in HR and Administration practice, three of which in managerial roles Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Competencies) Required
\n\u2022 In-Depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
\n\u2022 Knowledge and understanding of compensation systems
\n\u2022 Outstanding written and communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
\n\u2022 Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to instill trust and work with discretion
\n\u2022 Good negotiation skills and ability to manage conflicts and find resolutions
\n\u2022 Good organizational skills to ensure departments are working effectively
\n\u2022 Ability to multitask, manage time and priorities and meet challenging deadlines.<\/p>\n
