{"id":88067,"date":"2023-07-05T19:47:51","date_gmt":"2023-07-05T19:47:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=88067"},"modified":"2023-07-05T19:47:51","modified_gmt":"2023-07-05T19:47:51","slug":"chartered-institute-of-taxation-ghana-citg-jobs-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/chartered-institute-of-taxation-ghana-citg-jobs-2023.html","title":{"rendered":"Chartered Institute of Taxation Ghana (CITG) Jobs 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Finance &amp; Administration Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities of the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Develop and manage the budget for institute, including budget planning, forecasting and monitoring expenditure<br \/>\n\u2022 Oversee the financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll financial reporting and compliance with financial and policies of the institute and public sector covered entities<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct financial analysis and provide regular reports to the registrar on the financial performance of the institute<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinate and collaborate with external auditors and accountants for financial audits, tax fillings and other financial matters<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop and implement effective financial controls, policies and procedures to safeguard the asset and transparency and accountability<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and ensure timely payment of invoices<br \/>\n\u2022 Lead the financial and accounting functions of the institute<br \/>\n\u2022 Supervise staff, provide guidance and support and provide a positive and productive work environment at the finance and accounting unit of the institute<br \/>\n\u2022 Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination and communication on finance and administrative matters<br \/>\n\u2022 Stay updated with the latest financial and administrative regulations, best practices and technology trends to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Preferably a member of the institute, with a Bachelor\u2019s Degree is Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
