\nExciting opportunity for qualified candidate looking to break into Technology Sales with an entry-level Inside Sales\/Business Development position.
\nThis individual would help expand our rapidly growing Technology Support Services company (Managed Services Provider). We\u2019re seeking a very competitive and highly goal-oriented individual to work in partnership with the company\u2019s Executive Management team to learn (and execute) the company\u2019s sales strategies, and to close new Sales opportunities.<\/p>\n

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual whom is eager to learn, but to then own, their opportunity\/business domain; with possibility for career advancement into expanding Business Development & Senior Sales roles. This individual would participate in a variety of Outside Sales & Business Development activities, in a Business-to-Business model, selling to IT and Financial executives throughout the Greater Accra Region and beyond.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities and Duties:<\/strong>
\nWork duties will be a mix of both tactical and strategic, including:<\/p>\n

1. Sales & Marketing<\/strong>
\nIdentify prospects, customers, and referral sources and develop\/maintain relationships to ensure attainment of company business goals.
\nSupport efforts to consistently grow the base of referral sources.
\nActively manage short- and-long term leads from external referral sources to qualify prospects and advance them through the sales process.
\nManage marketing data using applicable sales management systems or tools (e.g., database, computerized call calendars and time management systems) to maximize efficiency and analyze data\/marketing activity on a weekly basis
\nEffectively present and discuss the products and services of the company, soliciting only those desired products\/services provided by the company and its vendors, to current and prospective customers in a way that conveys an image of quality, Integrity and superior understanding and delivery of customer needs.
\nConduct on-site and community-based presentations, seminars and education that promote the image of our company as a leader in Managed I.T Services.
\nDatabase Management (Upkeep of Customer & Prospect Database)
\nManaging CRM system for all prospecting, activity management
\nExtensive, Daily Sales Prospecting Activities
\nConstant Email prospecting (60+ emails per day)
\nDaily, high-volume Telemarketing\/Telesales activities
\nFull responsibility for comprehensive Business Development Process \u2013 Email Campaigns, Setting\/Coordinate Customer Meetings and\/or ConfCalls, delivery of follow-up materials (sales sheets, etc.), maintaining on-going contact with all \u201cwarm prospects,\u201d etc.<\/p>\n

2. General and Administrative<\/strong>
\nCommunicate effectively with the Managing Director\/CEO, the Sales Team, and the TechSupport Team, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that sales and client objectives are met.
\nFollow systems and procedures outlined in the company manuals.
\nParticipate as a key team player by supporting operations as needed.
\nAssists in developing and implementing contract processes.
\nPrepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications:<\/strong>
\nStrong attention to detail is an absolute MUST HAVE
\nVery well-organized, and strong Time Management skills a Must
\nResults-oriented focus; laser-focused on Successful Execution
\nAbility to juggle many different tasks\/initiatives
\nWe need someone that\u2019s a true self-starter, able to independently drive activities within their role.
\nBA\/BS degree is Strongly Desired
\nHigh school diploma or HND minimum
\nExperience in sales or customer service, and\/or experience in I.T Services
\nStrong verbal and written communication skills and good math skills.
\nStrong persuasive and interpersonal skills and a sales aptitude.
\nAbility to identify and meet customers\u2019 needs and requirements.
\nGood sense of design and color.
\nMust be a self-starter and a problem solver.
\nDriving license desired but not a must.<\/p>\n
