{"id":88603,"date":"2023-07-24T13:22:58","date_gmt":"2023-07-24T13:22:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=88603"},"modified":"2023-07-24T13:22:58","modified_gmt":"2023-07-24T13:22:58","slug":"schlumberger-jobs-2023-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/schlumberger-jobs-2023-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Schlumberger Jobs 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The HSE Specialist is responsible for supporting local management in establishing and continuously improving Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture within the worksite.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: HSE Specialist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Driving HSE policies, standards and analyzing HSE trends for the location.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and participate in screening and HSE training of employees including contractors.<\/li>\n<li>Support Line managers with: understanding and implementing the HSE Management System; monitoring HSE objectives; liaising with local contractors and agencies regarding HSE; assessing local risks; generating local HSE procedures, work instructions and checklists; preparing and monitoring HSE plans that define how the HSE Management System is implemented at the location level; monitoring compliance to policies, standards and procedures; compliance audits and self-audits.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and follow-up on HSE reports and facilitate LPT (Loss Prevention Training) and HSE audits.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a high level of HSE awareness amongst employees through communication, training and promoting involvement in HSE activities.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate investigations related to work incidents and accidents.<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing the database to ensure that logged data is correct and updated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Processes &amp; Interfaces<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safety Management Systems<\/li>\n<li>Compliance, Policies and Safety Processes<\/li>\n<li>Potential hazardous practices and materials<\/li>\n<li>Continuous improvement and report analytics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in any branch of Engineering, Sciences or Safety management<\/li>\n<li>5years relevant work experience<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of compliance with regulations associated with OSHA<\/li>\n<li>Certificate in occupational health and safety is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The HSE Specialist is responsible for supporting local management in establishing and continuously improving Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture within the worksite.
