Reporting to the Business Development Managers (BDM), you will be primarily managing the company\u2019s social media channels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Social-Media &amp; Customer Engagement Analyst\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improve the Company\u2019s social media presence (Website, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Design content to be posted on the company\u2019s social media channels.<\/li>\n<li>Regular post messages and content on the company\u2019s social media channels<\/li>\n<li>Respond to customer posts and complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Interact with customers and take their feedback regularly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a university graduate<\/li>\n<li>Must have at least one (1) year of work experience in same or similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in social media marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Good written and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Content creation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good customer relationship management.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suits.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in an unstructured environment with little supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client who provides Finance solutions requires an experienced Social-Media &amp; Customer Engagement Analyst to join their team.
