Job Title: Associate, Partnerships Hub Communications<\/strong><\/p>\n

Role Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Strategy & Partnerships (S&P) is one of 3 external facing business critical departments, alongside Policy & Politics and Global Government Advisory. The S&P department leads and oversees the Institute\u2019s strategic direction and growth, with specific responsibility for future proofing growth, developing scalable partnerships, innovating in tech and securing financial resources to advance the Institute\u2019s operational goals and drive sustainable impact.<\/p>\n

To enable the Partnerships and Initiatives team to successfully achieve its vision, we are looking for a well-rounded Associate who can support the Partnerships Hub to support the effective management and communications for this critical part of the division .<\/p>\n

The Partnerships Hub Associate role offers a unique opportunity for successful candidates to take on a pivotal role and the chance to make a meaningful impact through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.<\/p>\n

In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of a new Global Partnerships Hub by leading on coordination and communications internally.<\/p>\n

The Partnerships Hub supports TBI\u2019s business units to manage and deliver saleable partnerships effectively, in line with the strategic priorities and partnerships that are identified by TBI teams. In this role you will be expected to support internal team coordination involving connecting internal dots, managing all internal and external requests for info and support from the Hub; triaging these and serving as first response; driving internal communications as well as liaising with multiple teams across divisions.<\/p>\n

The Associate role requires proficient project management skills which requires a high-level of attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing demands. Additionally, you should have experience working with stakeholder management systems, to ensure effective triage and efficient handling of requests, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/p>\n
