Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Prospecting and planning for garden setup projects.<br \/>\n\u2022 Implementing and supervising garden setups.<br \/>\n\u2022 Perform site surveys and assessments.<br \/>\n\u2022 Perform maintenance services for clients.<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide advisory services to clients.<br \/>\n\u2022 Execute training curriculum to clients as needed<br \/>\n\u2022 Participate in development of training manuals.<br \/>\n\u2022 Make and answer business phones to attend to customers.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in sales of products to customers when necessary.<br \/>\n\u2022 Follow up and ensure customer satisfaction.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in the performance of other tasks as required to promote the business.<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Job Requirement<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Above all things, must be honest and transparent.<br \/>\n\u2022 Preferably diploma or degree holder.<br \/>\n\u2022 Completed from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education<br \/>\nrequirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.<br \/>\n\u2022 Committed to following procedures and processes to ensure quality without cutting<br \/>\ncorners.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to communicate and relate successfully with clients of all ages<br \/>\n\u2022 Abiity to relate to co-workers<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to listen to superiors, co-workers and customers.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to communicate in writing and in person, and to build rapport and develop<br \/>\neffective relationship with others<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to negotiate and occasionally play the role of deal maker<br \/>\n\u2022 A positive mental attitude, commitment to customer service and act as an ambassador<br \/>\nof Green Space.<br \/>\n\u2022 Willingness to travel as needed and to work on weekends and occasionally in the<br \/>\nevenings.<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Knowledge of horticulture methods and materials, landscaping and cultivation of<br \/>\ntrees and woody plants, flowers, fruits and vegetables.<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent planning skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to organize and manage your own workload<br \/>\n\u2022 Problem solving ability<br \/>\n\u2022 Communication and interpersonal skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to work in a team<br \/>\n\u2022 Business and financial awareness<br \/>\n\u2022 Knowledge on vegetable propagation and care<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade.<br \/>\n\u2022 Skill in interpreting and completing
