Degas Ghana Limited is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Planning and Analysis Officer to join our finance team at Degas. Reporting to the Finance Strategy and Planning Manager, your primary focus will be on financial analysis, operational performance evaluation, and budgeting assistance. This recruitment aims to establish two distinct duos within the finance team\u2014one dedicated to Administration and Accounting, and the other to Budgeting, Strategy, and Analysis.<\/p>\n
Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title: Finance Planning and Analysis Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n \u25cf Assist in the preparation and tracking of KPIs to monitor business performance and provide timely reporting to management.<\/p>\n \u25cf Prepare variance analysis reports to highlight deviations from budgets and forecasts, providing insights into the underlying reasons.<\/p>\n \u25cf Support the FP&A Manager in the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.<\/p>\n \u25cf Propose financial models and tools to enhance efficiency in financial planning and analysis activities.<\/p>\n \u25cf Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for management and other stakeholders.<\/p>\n \u25cf Continuously improve and streamline financial processes to enhance productivity and accuracy at your level.<\/p>\n \u25cf Work closely with the FP&A Manager and other finance team members to ensure seamless coordination and communication.<\/p>\n QUALIFICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n \u25cf Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.<\/p>\n \u25cf Proven experience in financial planning and analysis or a related role<\/p>\n \u25cf Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic financial modelling.<\/p>\n \u25cf Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.<\/p>\n \u25cf Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.<\/p>\n \u25cf Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the company\u2019s success.<\/p>\n \u25cf Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Degas Ghana Limited is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Planning and Analysis Officer to join our finance team at Degas.
